Hello, I’m Nikki! Delighted that your journey has led you here. My path began in the UK as an Educational Psychologist for 17 years. However, a move to Canada in 2014 shifted my trajectory, allowing me to realign my professional expertise with my passion for holistic wellness.

Having navigated challenges like solo-parenting as the wife of a soldier, balancing a demanding career, and relocating across continents, I understand the strains of life. These experiences solidified my belief in looking beyond traditional treatments to see the individual behind the symptoms. At Guiding Spirit Wellness, our core mission is to equip you with tools for lasting emotional balance.

Our unique methodology interweaves the latest findings in psychology and neuroscience, emphasising the synergy of brain, body, and behaviour. Whether through our courses, resources, or personalised coaching, we provide insights tailored to your unique needs.

Take, for instance, a story that warms my heart: Bill. Overwhelmed by life’s pressures, he reached out to us for help. Before coaching with Nikki, I struggled with overwhelm. Then Nikki taught me that overwhelm is just another form of stress and stress can be helpful and necessary at times. Nikki taught me how to reframe it.

The 3 most significant results I’ve experienced from coaching with Nikki are reframing, self-awareness of where I’m feeling the stress/overwhelm and different tools to help deal with it, such as breathing exercises.

Nikki was helpful in getting me to recognize the importance of reframing and the thoughts that we tell ourselves.

Before working with Nikki, my stress levels were off the chart, I was not emotionally stable and I couldn’t work out what I needed, how or where to start. I was paralysed. I couldn’t figure out how to move forwards.
