You don’t need to arrive with the “right words” – we’ll figure things out together.

This session is designed for you if you’re:

It’s not the right fit if you’re in an immediate crisis or require therapeutic treatment.

How the Session Works

After booking, you’ll receive a link to choose a session time that works for you.

If you’d like, you can also share a few notes beforehand so I have a sense of what’s been feeling heavy.

No preparation required. You can come with a specific issue, a swirl of thoughts, or simply “I don’t know what’s wrong – I just feel off.”

  1. We untangle what’s really going on

You’ll have space to talk, think, breathe and reflect while I gently guide the conversation. You don’t need to arrive with a perfectly explained problem – we simply start with whatever feels most present for you.

Sessions usually last around 60–90 minutes, which allows us to slow things down and reach a natural next step rather than watching the clock.

FAQ

Do I need to know exactly what I want to talk about?

No – honestly, most people don’t.

It’s completely fine to come in saying, “I just feel stuck,” or “Everything feels tangled and I can’t quite explain why.”

We’ll make sense of things together in the session.

What if I get emotional or overwhelmed during the session?

That’s completely okay.

This is a calm, steady, supportive space – you won’t be rushed or pushed.

My role is to help you feel grounded again, not leave you feeling exposed.

Is this therapy?

No.

This is a guided coaching session focused on understanding what’s going on right now and helping you move forward with clarity and steadiness.

If you need trauma processing, clinical treatment, or crisis support, therapy would be a better fit.

Will one session really make a difference?

For most people, yes – not because we “fix” everything, but because even one grounded conversation can create space, perspective, and relief.

You’ll also leave with a clear, personalised next step, which helps the clarity carry forward.

What if I realise I need more support?

You’re welcome to book additional sessions if you find this helpful, but there is no pressure at all.

Some people use this as a one-off reset, while others use it as a first step toward deeper support.

Will you tell me exactly what to do?

We won’t be handing out life instructions – but you will leave with a clear next step that we shape together.

It will be practical, realistic, and based on what feels genuinely doable for you.

What if I feel nervous before the session?

Very normal.

Most people arrive feeling a little unsure and leave feeling lighter.

You don’t need to prepare anything – just come as you are.

Do I need to do anything beforehand?

No formal preparation is required.

You’ll receive a short welcome email with an optional reflection prompt.

Some people use it, some don’t – both are completely fine.

Is the Emotional Wellness 911 checklist part of the session?

No – it’s a separate optional add-on at checkout.

If you choose to include it, you’ll receive it immediately as a simple tool to help you steady things before your session.

What if something comes up and I need to reschedule?

Life happens.

Just let me know as soon as you can and we’ll find another time that works.
